Based on the Top 100 Fonts of All Time, this Periodic Table of Typefaces notes the rank, the names of the designer and the year designed for each of the 100 typefaces. The fonts are kind of organized by which font influenced which other fonts. Note that some of the fonts have both a serif and a sans-serif variation, and some have a “mixed” variation, where one type face may contain both serif and sans-serif elements.
